Welcome to Teriaq AI (the “App” or “Service”). By using the App, creating an account, or subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Scope of the Service
Teriaq AI is an AI-assisted medical documentation platform that helps healthcare practitioners record clinical notes and convert them into structured text using medical templates. The Service is a documentation aid and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
You must be a qualified healthcare practitioner or use the Service within the scope of your authorized professional practice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, safeguarding your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Do not share your account or allow unauthorized device access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful professional purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including health data protection and medical confidentiality requirements. Misuse, attempted hacking, resale, or unlawful use of the Service is prohibited.
4. Content and Medical Notes
You own and remain responsible for all content you input or record through the App, including audio and text notes. You alone are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of AI-generated outputs before relying on them in medical records or care decisions.
5. AI Limitations
Transcription and documentation outputs may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee that results will be complete or error-free in every case. You must always review and correct the final text before saving or sharing it.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
Certain features are available through paid plans or usage credits. Pricing and benefits are shown in the App and may change with reasonable notice where required. Purchases made through app stores are subject to Apple or Google policies, and we do not control their refund processes.
7. Free Trial and Credits
We may offer a trial period or free credits according to current Service settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
8. Devices and Sessions
To protect your account, we may limit the number of active devices allowed per account. If the limit is exceeded, you may need to sign out from another device before continuing.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, branding, software, design, and default templates remain owned by us or our licensors. Use of the Service does not grant you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it without prior permission.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to your account for breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, or security or operational reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for medical decisions made based on Service outputs without adequate professional review.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory local law in your country requires otherwise.
